Our mission: compassionate care, closer to home
At Trailers of Hope, we believe in bringing comfort and peace of mind to cancer patients during their treatment journey. Discover how our mission, inspired by personal experience, aims to ease the burden of travel and provide a supportive haven in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.

Bringing care closer to you
Trailers of Hope is dedicated to providing an easy way for cancer patients to stay in the Pittsburgh area, utilizing the world-class hospital facilities nearby in Oakland and surrounding areas. We understand the immense challenges of traveling long distances for treatment, and our mission is to alleviate that stress by offering convenient, comfortable housing solutions.

Inspired by personal journey
Our founder's personal experience of walking through cancer, even while living only seven miles away from treatment, revealed the profound need for accessible housing. This firsthand understanding fuels our commitment to help those driving five hours, three hours, or even two hours to receive vital cancer treatments, ensuring they don't have to face the daunting prospect of a long journey home on the same day.

Supporting cancer patients and their families
While our primary goal is to support cancer patients by offering a peaceful place to sleep close to their treatment centers, we also recognize the broader need for rest during challenging times. We aim to provide a haven, understanding that we are not caregivers, but offer essential comfort and proximity when it matters most.
"Trailers of Hope offered us a sanctuary during my husband's treatment. It was such a relief to be close to the hospital and find comfort after long days."
A grateful family member
